I’m thrilled to share another new book cover with my readers, because let’s be real, romance book covers are usually pretty and lots of fun! This one is a cover I designed myself using stock illustrations from Shutterstock. I’m so pleased with how it turned out, and I hope readers will like it too. About Girl in the Snow

Girl in the Snow is a novella I wrote in 2024 and it was published for a limited time only, in the 12 Tropes of Christmas anthology with stories from a fab group of Aussie romance authors. Now, I’m publishing my story as a stand-alone ebook, just in time for Christmas 2025. This story is number 2.5 in the Girl on a Plane series, but it can also be read as a stand-alone story. It’s a fun “forced proximity” romcom story with cosy Christmas vibes, set in a snowy lodge. I do hope you’ll enjoy it!

Deanna Michaelson is a flight attendant on a mission to get out of London by Christmas. There’s only two days to go and she has no idea where she’s headed, but she urgently needs a vacation. Then she remembers the remote lodge in upstate New York where she stayed as a kid. A White Christmas and some R&R sounds ideal. Only a snowstorm is coming, and Deanna gets stuck at the lodge with only the manager for company. And there’s only one sofa! Deanna thinks he’s hot, even if he is grumpy and wizardy. Cal Winterbourne could be her perfect match in a new life she can hardly imagine . . . It could be a Merry Christmas indeed.

This story was originally published in the 12 Tropes of Christmas anthology in 2024 as a limited time release. The anthology was runner-up in the Favourite Anthology category in the 2024 Australian Romance Readers (ARR) Awards.

It’s release day for Hot and Frosty: A Firefighter Christmas Anthology. I can’t wait for everyone to read and enjoy this collection of new romance stories, ranging from sweet to steamy, from 12 fantastic Australian authors (me included!) publishing together.

I’ve been excited for a while about this one, especially because as an author, one of my smaller goals is coming to fruition. Did you know, I’ve always wanted a book with shiny foil printing on the cover? For real! Some of my favourite authors have these pretty editions with sparkly font, and now I’m finally getting one I can call my own. At least partly, since I’m one of 12 authors involved. I’m still claiming it! Achievement Unlocked!
